We had Wilfred to come down to our apartment on a Sat (21 Sep), and he was open to sharing about the common pest issues and how one could take preemptive actions. So impressed with the service from The Pest Control Company! I contacted them late Friday evening with questions about a possible infestation and even though it was late at night I received a quick and very helpful reply, and was able to book an inspection for the very next day. The technician who came, Mr. Wilfred, was professional, friendly and most importantly incredibly thorough. He obviously had a great deal of experience and was able to reassure me that I did not in fact have an issue so did not need any treatment. I was so appreciative of his honesty and straightforward answers. I will be sure to contact them for any future issues!
