Reinforcement & Embedded Items
Rebars and embedded items such as lifting inserts and braces are installed accurately based on structural drawings.
Concrete Pouring & Curing
Concrete is poured, compacted, and leveled for a smooth finish, then left to cure properly before handling.
Panel Tilting & Positioning
Once cured, the panel is lifted, tilted upright using a crane, and secured with temporary braces.
Alignment & Fixing
Panels are aligned, fixed permanently, and inspected to ensure stability and compliance with design.
