Michelle is passionate about Pilates who recently embarked on her teaching journey. Drawing inspiration from her experience in aerial arts, she incorporates the principles of Joseph Pilates into every class. She believes these six guiding principles are the foundation of a strong, healthy body and a focused mind.
Her approach focuses on fostering body awareness through mindful movement, helping students build strength, flexibility, and proper posture. Inspired by her aerial training, she integrates elements of flow and fluidity into her sessions, creating a dynamic and balanced experience. Michelle is committed to create a supportive environment where students can work toward their individual goals while deepening their connection to their bodies and breath.
Outside the studio, she continues to explore her aerial arts practice, constantly refining her skills and staying connected to the joy of movement.
Nicole
Pilates Instructor
Nicole discovered Pilates through her journey to find a form of movement that provided a sense of calm and balance, which she had always tried but failed to get out of exercise. Previously straying towards higher intensity sport such as tennis and other more conventional forms of cardio, Pilates was the first form of movement that introduced her to how exercise can strengthen your mind-body connection, while bringing about harmony and empowerment within oneself. It was the first time exercise did not create more stress, and instead, helped to minimise it.
Through her Pilates journey, Nicole discovered the added benefits that came along with the practice, such as increased strength and stability as well as improved posture and alignment - but most importantly, the emphasis on self-confidence and self-assurance, as well as increased clarity and focus in day-to-day life.
Nicole’s teaching philosophy focuses around creating an inviting and welcoming environment for people to discover their full potential, and she hopes to leave people feeling stronger and more empowered than before they stepped into the studio, all while finding joy and confidence through movement.
Corrine
Pilates Instructor
While taking a break from 22 years as a lawyer, I challenged myself to improve my body self-awareness, improve my kyphotic posture from years of desk work and enhance my mobility. Under the mentorship of Pat Guyton, I learned the classic pilates repertoire using anatomy and imagery cues to promote mind to body connection for functional movement. Over time, I began to understand how different parts of the body move and unlock how to engage them to move more functionally, building strength - to enable better posture and mobility in daily life while standing or sitting or in activities such as walking, tennis and swimming.
As a second generation Master Teacher, Pat Guyton studied with various Pilates elders such as Ron Fletcher, Bruce King and Kathy Grant. I am privileged to have sat under Pat’s impeccable pedagogy. I am now very excited to teach pilates and to help others become more self-aware, improve mind to body connection for well-being and overcome any bad postural habits, pains or discomfort to be able to lead more healthy and active lives.
Evangelina
Pilates Instructor
My introduction to Pilates was as a prenatal client and I resumed Pilates post-delivery. As a self-confessed gym rat, Pilates seemed pretty easy at first. However, I soon realised that focus and awareness was needed to become good at Pilates, something I had not brought to my fitness journey before.
On completing formal Pilates training, I’ve grown to appreciate how useful the principles of mindful movement are in everyday life. How applying the ideas of breath, focus, centring, control, precision and flow make you a better, more efficient mover in all other forms of exercise from running, tennis and golf and even martial arts.
Pilates is not just for people who have suffered injury or are experiencing chronic pain. Pilates benefits everyone regardless of age, lifestyle or activity level.

Su-Lynn
Pilates Instructor
Pilates first came into my life in 2005 when I was working in the corporate world. I found that it was (and still is) the perfect form of mind-body movement for me. Simple and authentic.
A form that was created by Joseph Pilates during WW1 with the intention of healing the body.
During a hiatus,I started gathering certifications in Pilates and trying other healing modalities. Throughout this, I was also struggling with autoimmune issues and then cancer. With my health struggles, I embraced it even more. I have been privileged to learn from many inspiring and generous practitioners, and I continue to do so.
Pilates aligns the body to move efficiently. A form of strength training that not only teaches mindfulness and patience, but above all, with practise, it allows one to move freely and remain healthy in this one life that we have.
