ST Logistics
Our partnership with St Logistics began as part of their commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment across their facilities. At present, we conduct regular pest control treatments for their offices, warehouses, and storage areas to ensure operations run smoothly without disruption.
During the course of our service, we encountered periods where pest activity spiked due to changes in storage conditions and waste management practices. To address this, we deployed a team of experienced technicians to conduct an in-depth inspection of the premises. From our assessment, we identified several contributing factors, including cluttered storage arrangements and lapses in disposal routines, which created conditions favorable for pest breeding.
In collaboration with St Logistics’ staff, we not only managed the immediate pest issues but also provided practical training and awareness on preventive measures. This included advice on maintaining proper storage practices, waste handling, and eliminating potential breeding sources.
Through the combined efforts of both our teams, pest activity was significantly reduced, creating a safer, cleaner, and more productive environment for all personnel. With the situation under control, we were able to resume our standard service schedule, ensuring long-term maintenance and prevention.

MINDEF – Sembawang Wharves
Our engagement with MINDEF at Sembawang Wharves reflects our ongoing commitment to safeguarding large-scale operational facilities through effective pest management. We currently provide routine pest control services across the wharf area, ensuring that this critical site remains safe, hygienic, and conducive to daily activities.
During our service, we faced challenges stemming from the site’s unique environment, including high human traffic, heavy cargo movement, and the presence of water bodies that can encourage mosquito breeding. In response, we deployed our senior technicians to conduct a thorough site inspection and risk assessment. This allowed us to pinpoint breeding sources and sanitation concerns specific to the wharf’s operations.
We worked closely with MINDEF personnel to address these issues, implementing targeted treatments while also sharing practical knowledge on preventive measures. By raising awareness of mosquito lifecycles and the importance of good sanitation, we reinforced a culture of shared responsibility in maintaining a pest-free environment.
As a result of this collaboration, mosquito breeding incidences were successfully reduced, improving both safety and operational efficiency at the wharves. With the situation stabilised, we were able to return to a routine service frequency, ensuring sustainable upkeep and continued protection of this vital facility.

Port Authority of Singapore
Our collaboration with the Port Authority of Singapore demonstrates our expertise in maintaining large, high-traffic facilities through reliable pest management services. We provide routine treatments across their operational areas, ensuring the port remains safe, hygienic, and free from disruptions that could affect daily activities.
The unique challenges of port environments—constant cargo movement, food handling, and proximity to water—create conditions that can attract pests and encourage mosquito breeding. To address these risks, we conducted comprehensive site inspections and deployed experienced technicians to implement targeted solutions tailored to the port’s specific needs.
Working in close partnership with the Port Authority’s team, we not only controlled immediate pest concerns but also introduced preventive measures to support long-term upkeep. This included staff awareness initiatives, waste management improvements, and recommendations for facility maintenance practices to reduce potential breeding grounds.
Through these combined efforts, we successfully minimised pest activity, enhanced workplace safety, and ensured smoother operations for one of Singapore’s most vital gateways to global trade.
(2014 – 2017)
Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore
Our partnership with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) underscores our ability to support critical national facilities with effective pest management solutions. We provide routine pest control services across their premises to ensure a safe, hygienic, and efficient environment for staff and visitors alike.
Given the high standards required in aviation facilities, pest control comes with unique challenges. Large open spaces, high foot traffic, and surrounding greenery can create favourable conditions for pests, particularly mosquitoes. To manage this, our team conducted thorough inspections and deployed senior technicians to carry out targeted treatments while identifying potential breeding grounds.
In collaboration with CAAS staff, we implemented preventive measures that complemented our treatments, including improving waste management practices and raising awareness of mosquito lifecycles to reduce risks of recurrence.
Through these joint efforts, we were able to significantly reduce pest activity, enhance workplace safety, and maintain the high standards expected of an aviation authority. With the situation stabilised, services continued on a routine basis to ensure long-term protection and compliance.
(2012 – 2015)
Maritime Port Authority
Our work with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) highlights our commitment to safeguarding one of the nation’s most important operational hubs. We provide regular pest control services across port facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and pest-free environment that supports both daily operations and the wellbeing of staff and stakeholders.
Port areas present unique challenges due to their constant cargo movement, proximity to water, and high levels of activity—all of which create conditions favourable for pest breeding. To address this, our team of experienced technicians conducted detailed site inspections and introduced targeted treatments designed specifically for the maritime setting.
Working hand-in-hand with MPA personnel, we not only resolved immediate pest issues but also established long-term preventive measures. This included practical recommendations on sanitation, waste management, and site maintenance, as well as knowledge-sharing on the importance of reducing potential mosquito breeding grounds.
As a result, pest activity was significantly reduced, creating a safer and healthier operational environment. With the situation under control, we were able to maintain a routine service schedule, ensuring ongoing protection for this vital gateway to Singapore’s global trade network.

We provide routine pest management services across their expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
The unique environment of Gardens by the Bay—lush greenery, water features, and high visitor traffic—creates natural challenges for pest activity, particularly mosquitoes. To address this, our team deployed senior technicians to carry out detailed inspections and implement targeted treatments that minimise pest risks while preserving the delicate balance of the ecosystem.
In close collaboration with Gardens by the Bay’s staff, we combined immediate pest solutions with preventive strategies such as water management improvements, staff awareness training, and sustainable treatment methods. Syscon Pte Ltd
Our relationship with Syscon Pte Ltd began not long after our company’s re-incorporation. Currently, we carry out routine pest control work for the offices as well as their pre-fabrication areas. Throughout our working relationship, we have had to navigate a multitude of changes as the requirements shifted.
For a period of time, we had to increase our frequency of service due to the poor upkeep of the area that led to an increase in mosquito breeding grounds. Our drive to ensure a safe working environment for not just our staff but the employees of our clients brought us to sending down some of our most experienced technicians to do a thorough assessment of the conditions that led to the predicament. Through the assessment carried out, we were able to provide a detailed report describing the issues that arose from poor groundskeeping along with poor waste management. Working together with their members of staff, we were able to impart knowledge regarding the lifecycle of mosquitoes along with chance to stress the importance of keeping the place free of potential breeding grounds for mosquitoes.
Through the corporation between our two companies, we soon brought down the incidences of mosquito breeding, hence, creating a safer working environment for all parties involved. With the situation managed, we were able to bring down the frequency of service to our initially agreed upon frequency.
