Toilet Upgrading @ NUS

The project involved the removal and replacement of outdated toilet fixtures and sanitary fittings throughout the designated areas. New water-efficient WCs, urinals, wash basins, and sensor taps compliant with PUB’s WELS standards were installed.

The internal water supply and waste discharge piping systems were upgraded to enhance performance and durability. The drainage layout was redesigned to improve flow efficiency and eliminate risks of water ponding.

Following the plumbing works, all wall and floor finishes were reinstated to match the original design. Testing and commissioning were carried out to ensure the functionality and safety of all sanitary and water systems.

Throughout the project, our team coordinated closely with the university’s facilities management to minimise disruption, particularly during term time.
