The project comprised the comprehensive upgrading of sanitary fittings and plumbing infrastructure within the Ang Mo Kio (MUP19) precinct. All existing toilet fixtures were removed and replaced with new water-efficient WCs, wash basins, urinals, and sensor-activated taps that meet PUB’s WELS requirements.
To improve system reliability, the internal water supply network and waste discharge piping were fully renewed with modern, durable materials. The drainage layout was reconfigured to optimise flow, reduce blockages, and prevent water ponding across common areas.
Upon completion of the plumbing works, all wall and floor finishes were reinstated to match the original architectural design. Thorough testing and commissioning were conducted to verify the proper operation and safety of all sanitary and water systems.
Throughout the project duration, our team maintained close coordination with the managing authorities and residents to ensure smooth progress and minimise disruptions within the estate.
