The project encompassed comprehensive plumbing and sanitary installation works within the Changi Prison Complex as part of its construction and phased development. Our scope included the installation of new water-efficient WCs, urinals, wash basins, and sensor-activated taps designed to meet PUB’s WELS standards and the facility’s stringent operational requirements.

A full internal water supply network and waste discharge piping system were constructed to ensure long-term reliability, safety, and compliance with government infrastructure specifications. The drainage system was engineered to optimise flow capacity, reduce maintenance needs, and prevent water ponding within high-security zones.

Upon completion of all plumbing works, wall and floor finishes were meticulously reinstated to align with the facility’s architectural and security design. Rigorous testing and commissioning were performed to verify the performance, safety, and operational readiness of all sanitary and water systems.

Throughout the project, our team worked in close coordination with the main contractor and government authorities to adhere to security protocols and ensure uninterrupted progress within the highly controlled environment.
