Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively support clients and collaborate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and optimize service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
