Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to develop strategies that expand the company’s reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop growth strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, business trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
