Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in building trust and loyalty while representing our brand with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products and policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when handling challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-player mindset.
