Interior Designer FULL TIME
Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior design solutions.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed 2D/3D visualizations to present design concepts.
  • Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements that align with the project vision.
  • Prepare technical drawings, floor plans, and space planning layouts using AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of designs.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail, color, and spatial planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is a plus

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with design teams
