"We came here today, and Shalu assisted us, she was so good at helping us choose design. After selecting the chain Shalu helped us cut the chain, so she brought it inside. While waiting for our chain we asked another sales assistant to help us show the ring, and the sales assistant rudely replied “You are not my customer, wait for Shalu” This is very bad customer service. We are your customer you need to assist us. Such a bad attitude and rude staff. Please educate your staff to handle customers equally. You know your colleague went inside, you can help us show the item right. Nothing will lost for you!!!! I give 3 star only for Shalu!!"
