- All vouchers have an expiry date. Keep an eye on them!
- When redeeming vouchers using your points, you will have to do an OTP verification with your registered mobile number. Once verified, your vouchers will be issued to you. These extra steps will help safeguard your MyIshtara Rewards points.
How To Earn Points?
- For every $1 spent on gold jewellery, you earn 1 MyIshtara point.
- For every $1 spent on diamond jewellery, you earn 2 MyIshtara points.
When you spend $3,000 on any gold jewellery,
you will earn 3000 points.
When you spend $3,000 on diamond jewellery, you will earn 6000 points.
These points will be added to your account upon billing.
Your MyIshtara Rewards account number is the mobile number you provide during your first purchase.
You must provide the same mobile number during each purchase in order for your points to be added correctly into your account.
Every point earned has a validity period. If unused, the points you earned in the current year will expire on the last day of the following year.
Your points balance can be seen on your invoice after each purchase.
