Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of the products and services offered by <\/span>Ishtara Jewellery Pte. Ltd.<\/b> (\u201cIshtara Jewellery\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cus\u201d), whether in-store or through our website, mobile application, or other platforms (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d). By purchasing from or using the Services of Ishtara Jewellery, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. General Use<\/b><\/h5>\n

1.1. These Terms apply to all purchases, transactions, and use of Services provided by Ishtara Jewellery.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2. By engaging with our Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or are accessing our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason permitted by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Products and Pricing<\/b><\/h5>\n

2.1. All products displayed in-store or online are subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3. Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable, will be charged on all purchases in accordance with Singapore law.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.4. Images of products are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary due to craftsmanship and natural variations in materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Orders and Payment<\/b><\/h5>\n

3.1. Orders placed online are subject to confirmation via email or notification.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2. Payment methods accepted by Ishtara Jewellery are listed on our website and\/or in-store.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.3. By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.4. Instalment payments, where applicable, may incur additional administrative charges as stated at the time of payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Delivery and Collection<\/b><\/h5>\n

4.1. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We shall not be held liable for delays beyond our control.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; we are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds<\/b><\/h5>\n

5.1. All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our <\/span>Return, Exchange and Refund Policy<\/b><\/a>, which forms part of these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.2. Certain products (including but not limited to nose pins, gemstone jewellery, and custom-made items) are not eligible for exchange or refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.3. Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed in accordance with our stated policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h5>\n

6.1. All content on our website, applications, and marketing materials (including images, designs, text, logos, and trademarks) is the intellectual property of Ishtara Jewellery or its licensors.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.2. No reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised use of such content is permitted without prior written consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h5>\n

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ishtara Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use or purchase of our products or Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Privacy and Data Protection<\/b><\/h5>\n

8.1. Your use of our Services is also governed by our <\/span>Privacy Policy<\/b><\/a>, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.<\/span>
<\/span>8.2. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Amendments<\/b><\/h5>\n

9.1. Ishtara Jewellery reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.2. Updated Terms will take immediate effect upon posting on our website or by other means of communication.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Governing Law<\/b><\/h5>\n

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.<\/span><\/p>\n

10.2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Appendix A: Gold Saving Scheme (GSS)<\/b><\/p>\n

Version: April 2024<\/b><\/p>\n

1. Eligibility for Bonus<\/b><\/p>\n

Members must complete all monthly payments promptly for twelve (12) consecutive months to qualify for the thirteenth (13th) month bonus. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Missed Payments<\/b><\/p>\n

Any missed monthly payments shall extend the scheme period by the corresponding number of months missed.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Advance Payments<\/b><\/p>\n

Early or advance payments do not entitle members to early redemption of the thirteenth (13th) month bonus. The bonus shall only be available upon successful completion of the full scheme period.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Discontinuation or Pre-Closure<\/b><\/p>\n

Members who discontinue or pre-close their scheme before completion shall not be eligible for any benefits under the scheme.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Redemption of Payments<\/b><\/p>\n

All monthly payments are redeemable strictly in the form of gold and\/or diamond jewellery. No cash refunds or reimbursements will be permitted under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Gold Price<\/b><\/p>\n

The redemption value shall be based on the prevailing gold price at Ishtara Jewellery on the date of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Promotions and Bonus<\/b><\/p>\n

The thirteenth (13th) month bonus may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers. Members wishing to redeem jewellery under a promotion or offer must forgo their bonus entitlement.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Additional Charges<\/b><\/p>\n

Workmanship charges and any other applicable fees shall be levied in accordance with the type of jewellery purchased.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Goods and Services Tax (GST)<\/b><\/p>\n

GST shall be applicable on all purchases in accordance with Singapore law.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Exclusions<\/b><\/p>\n

Pure Gold Bars and 916 Gold Coins are excluded from redemption under this scheme.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. Verification at Redemption<\/b><\/p>\n

Members must present both:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Their active GSS account page on the MyIshtara App or Website, and,<\/span><\/li>\n
  • A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g. NRIC, Driving Licence) for verification purposes at the time of redemption.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    12. Fund Guarantee<\/b><\/p>\n

    Ishtara Jewellery Pte. Ltd. guarantees all funds deposited into the Gold Saving Scheme.<\/span><\/p>\n

    13. Amendments<\/b><\/p>\n

    Ishtara Jewellery reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The revised Terms shall supersede all previous versions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    14. Access to Latest Terms<\/b><\/p>\n

    The latest version of these Terms shall be available at www.ishtarajewellery.com.<\/span><\/p>\n

    15. Administrative Charges<\/b><\/p>\n

    Payments made via debit or credit card will incur an administrative charge of four per cent (4%).<\/span><\/p>\n

    16. Payment Methods<\/b><\/p>\n
