Originally called "One-Bite Crispy Biscuit", it is a traditional biscuit from Taiwan in the 1950s. It uses flour and eggs as raw materials and is molded and baked. After World War II, the U.S. military aided Taiwan by investing a large amount of flour. In the 1950s, Taiwanese people did not have many kinds of snacks, so they made flour into snacks, so every bite is full of the aroma of flour. It is one of the most important delicacies in Taiwan in modern times.
