We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to help grow Solar Pro’s online presence and sales. You’ll manage online stores, optimize product listings, and execute digital strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor online sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate online promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Analyze traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to optimize store performance.
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance visual merchandising and branding.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce management (Lazada, Shopee, or Shopify preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiar with SEO, online advertising, and digital marketing tools.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent online customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
