We’re looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join the Solar Pro team. You’ll be responsible for designing, testing, and improving solar lighting products that meet market needs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance new solar lighting products from concept to production.

Conduct research and testing to ensure product performance, safety, and efficiency.

Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality control.

Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and prototypes.

Continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction and product improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• Experience in product design, testing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of solar technology, LED systems, or power electronics is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CAD software and technical documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects effectively.
