We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join the Solar Pro team. You’ll provide technical assistance, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure customers receive prompt and effective support for all Solar Pro products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar lighting products.
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve product or installation issues.
- Document common issues and solutions to improve service efficiency.
- Coordinate with the engineering and product teams for complex technical concerns.
- Conduct product testing and quality checks when needed.
- Support after-sales service and warranty claims processing.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
- Experience in technical support or product servicing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Familiar with solar lighting systems or electrical components is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
