Choosing the right sealant depends on multiple factors: surface type, environmental exposure, and expected movement. MS Polymer sealants, however, provide a best-of-both-worlds solution—they are paintable, odourless, and highly elastic, with good adhesion to most substrates. They’re also low in VOCs, making them perfect for green-certified projects. For general construction, MS polymers are increasingly becoming the go-to choice.
