Long Shan Temple
Long Shan Temple traces its origins to the late 1800s, when early Chinese immigrants in the Tampines area sought a place of worship for protection and prosperity. Known for its strong community involvement, the temple was a spiritual anchor for many pioneer families in the region.
Main Deity:
Guan Yin (观音菩萨)
The Goddess of Mercy, widely revered for her compassion and protection. Devotees pray to her for blessings, healing, and guidance in times of difficulty.
