Routine Service & Maintenance
Yearly servicing maintenance is provided. Scope of work includes inspection, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. A service report will be submitted after completion of the works.

Refurbishment & Retrofit services
Includes the replacement of key cooling tower components such as the fan assembly (including SEEMTEK EC fan, blades, shaft housing, and motor), V-belts, PVC infills, drift eliminators, valves, pressure tank, flexible joints, and spring/outdoor isolators. Works also cover epoxy painting, leak repairs, HDG structure upgrades, safety rail installation, pump replacement, LEW certification, and complete logistics support.
