Adjustable Pitch Pulleys<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Versatile Speed Control with Easy Adjustment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Uni-Drive Taper-Bushing Adjustable Pitch Pulleys<\/strong> are designed for applications where occasional speed variation is required without complex drive changes. These pulleys allow quick and precise adjustment of the pitch diameter, enabling flexible speed control while maintaining reliable power transmission.<\/p>\n

Compatible with Uni-Drive Narrow and Classical V-belts<\/strong>, they are available in single (1G)<\/strong> and double-groove (2G)<\/strong> designs to accommodate belt sections Z, A, B, C, SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, 3V, and 5V<\/strong>. The pulleys are supplied with Taper-bushings<\/strong> for easy installation, secure shaft fit, and simple dismantling during maintenance.<\/p>\n

    Design & Alignment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Due to their adjustable construction, the belt position shifts slightly as the pulley diameter is varied. This minor angular offset does not significantly affect belt life or drive efficiency when properly aligned.<\/p>\n

      For single-groove drives<\/strong>, ensure the belt runs at right angles to the shaft with the pulley set at mean position.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      For double-groove drives<\/strong>, align the centerline of both pulleys precisely for balanced belt loading and smooth operation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
