Certified Pilates Instructor (Full-Time)

At b.a.r.e Pilates, we believe movement should be intentional, supportive, and grounded in presence. We’re looking for a passionate, certified Pilates Instructor to join our team full-time – someone who values mindful movement, connects with clients authentically, and creates a welcoming space for all levels.

Responsinbilities:

• Lead small group classes and private sessions with a focus on mindful, safe, and effective movement
• Provide thoughtful guidance and personalized support to clients of varying experience levels
• Maintain a calm, inclusive, and encouraging studio environment
• Participate in ongoing learning and team collaboration
• Support occasional studio events, workshops, or community activities

Requirements:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer; additional modalities a plus)
• At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred
• Warm, professional, and grounded teaching style
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Passion for mindful movement and continuous learning
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends
