RIVQUICK® joining solutions are simple, sturdy and economical. This proven technology allows permanent joining of thin parts and offers the advantage of blind riveting when access is possible from only one side.
The use of RIVQUICK® blind rivets requires no particular operator qualification and in certain cases it can be a very
good alternative to welding or threaded joints when disassembly is not necessary.
Can be used on all materials
Steel, magnesium, aluminium, plastic, composite, etc.
Multimaterial joining is also possible, e.g. steel / plastic.
Corrosion protection
After setting, there are no further finishing operations required, even with coated or painted parts.
Special coatings and finishes are available on request (Anodization, Paint, etc.)

Optimum solution for hollow parts, boxes or sections when the joining point cannot be reached from the rear side.
With break stem rivets, the setting quality does not depend on any adjustments of the setting tool. Proper setting
is guaranteed only by the rupture of the rivet stem (no “maximum force” adjustment).
Preserved integrity of the joined materials
Contrary to welding, there is no distortion or oxidation of the joined materials (no heat generation), thereby allowing
finished or coated parts to be joined.

A widespread solution commonly used in the industrial sector, especially thanks to its low cost.
