Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized client support across in-store, digital, and virtual channels, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
• Assist clients in exploring collections, understanding unconventional diamonds, and selecting pieces that align with their personal style.
• Coordinate bespoke commissions, from initial consultation to final delivery, maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the design and atelier teams to communicate client preferences and feedback effectively.
• Maintain client records, manage appointments, and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and relationship-building.
• Support marketing initiatives, gallery showcases, and seasonal launches through client engagement and outreach.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and brand philosophy to provide expert guidance to clients.
