We deliver locally and ship internationally.
Do take note of crafting time as it will determine when you will receive your orders.
Crafting time varies from piece to piece.
– Jewellery without alterations or diamond-only orders will be ready within 3 working days.
– Jewellery with alterations (e.g. resizing, engraving) will take approximately 2 weeks.
– Bespoke pieces are made-to-order and will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
If you would like to expedite, please email us and we would advise if the timeline given is feasible. Thereafter, you may proceed to place your order.
Local (Singapore)
Complimentary Courier
– For all orders within Singapore.
– Your order will require a signature upon delivery.
– In the event of unsuccessful delivery, please note that there will be additional charges for redelivery Alternatively, you could contact our concierge to arrange for a pick-up of your order at our Atelier.
– We do not deliver to restricted areas, offshore islands, pick-up points and P.O. Boxes.
All jewellery will be delivered within 5 working days upon completion.
Self pick-up
– Pick-up location is at the Atelier.
– Please refer to the crafting time needed on your order before selecting a slot for pick up.
International
Complimentary International Shipping
– For all International orders.
– Your order will be fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
– Tracking will be provided on all orders.
– International clients will be responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm your taxes and duties.
All jewellery will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks upon completion.
