Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop original jewellery designs aligned with Twomorrow’s aesthetic and philosophy.
• Sketch and render design ideas (hand-drawn or digital).
• Work closely with our atelier team to translate concepts into technical drawings and final pieces.
• Explore unconventional diamond forms and craft settings that highlight their individuality.
• Maintain an understanding of materials, stone characteristics, proportions, and wearability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal launches, bespoke commissions, and gallery showcases.
• Keep track of industry trends while preserving Twomorrow’s distinctive, modern identity.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong design sensibility rooted in minimalism, elegance, and modern craftsmanship. Experience in jewellery design or a related creative field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in jewellery CAD software is an advantage but not required.
• A deep appreciation for unusual stones, unique shapes, and experimental design approaches.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt designs to practical craftsmanship requirements.
• A portfolio showcasing your creativity, versatility, and design process.
