What is the difference between a trial class and a regular class?
A trial class is a one-time session designed for new students to experience the format and teaching style of our music lessons. It provides a chance to explore the basics, ask questions, and determine if the class is a good fit for the student. Regular classes are scheduled ongoing lessons, where students continue to develop their skills, receive feedback, and work towards their personal musical goals.
How do I book a lesson or trial class?
Booking a lesson or trial class is simple! You can book online through our website or contact us directly via phone or email. Once you’ve selected your preferred time and date, we’ll confirm your spot. If you’re booking a trial class, we recommend checking availability early as spots can fill up quickly.
What happens if I miss a class?
If you miss a class, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule, subject to availability. For group classes, we offer make-up lessons depending on your schedule and our availability. Unfortunately, missed lessons are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you and ensure you don’t fall behind.
Are there any discounts for multiple classes or siblings?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for each additional child enrolled in the same group class. Additionally, if you choose to book multiple months of private lessons in advance, we may offer a discount. Please contact us for more details and to inquire about any ongoing promotions.
How do I pay for the lessons?
Payment for lessons is due at the beginning of each month. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal for your convenience. You can also choose to pay for multiple months in advance for a discount. If you prefer a different payment method, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
