Our team oversees on-site installation, ensuring all components are positioned, wired, and connected according to specifications. We conduct loop checks, function tests, and full site acceptance testing (SAT) to validate system performance, safety interlocks, and emissions monitoring functionality.

We build and assemble high-quality control panels, junction boxes, and instrumentation systems in line with the approved design documents. All assemblies are constructed in compliance with IEC and UL standards, ensuring safety, durability, and reliability in harsh industrial environments. Using precision layouts from EPLAN and AutoCAD, we execute accurate wiring, labeling, and terminal assignments to match engineering specifications.

We create detailed design documents, including control narratives, alarm lists, cause-and-effect drawings, and panel layouts using E-plan software. Designs comply with ISO standards and can be exported to AutoCAD (.dwg) for compatibility. Our expertise in controls and automation ensures tailored solutions for your plant.

Post-commissioning, we provide ongoing technical support, performance monitoring, and system tuning. This includes operator training, predictive maintenance plans, and optimization of control logic to ensure maximum uptime, energy efficiency, and emissions compliance.
