Course Overview
The Diploma in electrical engineering has been specially designed to:
- Provide a progression pathway for students with keen interest to pursue a career in engineering
- Impart the knowledge and abilities required for students to eventually pursue a formal undergraduate education

Minimum Entry Requirements
Obtained at least 3 GCE ‘O’ levels with a pass in English or
Mature candidate, aged at least 25 years old and above with 3 years of working experience, and obtain a passing score of 80% in AAT Training Hub’s entry proficiency test
Language Requirement:
Obtained GCE ‘O’ Level with at least Grade C6 in English
Language; orObtained WPLN Level 5 (Average of Reading, Listening,
Speaking and Writing Scores); orObtained IELTS 5.0 or equivalent (Applicable for International Students)
Regional students can refer to the following that we accept as equivalent to IELTS5.0
Course Duration
This course is delivered through either
Part time basis 12 months
The schedule is distributed into 4 hours a week:
- Saturdays (9am to 1pm) – Face to Face sessions
Full time basis 8 months
- Monday (3 hrs: 7pm to 10pm) – Online
- Tuesday (3 hrs: 7pm to 10pm) – Online
- Wednesday (3 hrs: 7pm to 10pm) – Online
- Thursday (3 hrs: 7pm to 10pm) – Online
- Saturday (3 hrs: 9am to 12pm) – Face to face
Learning Methodology
Courses will be delivered through a mixture of face to face and online learning
